A Song of degrees. Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.

యాత్రల కీర్తన యెహోవా, లోతైన లోయలో ఉండి నేను నిన్ను ప్రాధేయపడుతున్నాను.

Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

ప్రభూ, నా ప్రార్థన అంగీకరించు. నేను చేసే ఆర్తనాదం శ్రద్ధగా ఆలకించు.

If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

యెహోవా, నువ్వు మా పాపాలను కనిపెట్టి చూసినప్పుడు నీ ఎదుట ఎవ్వరూ నిలవలేరు.

But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

అయినప్పటికీ నువ్వు వాళ్ళను క్షమిస్తున్నావు. నీ పట్ల భయభక్తులు కలిగి జీవించేలా చేస్తున్నావు.

I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

యెహోవా కోసం నేను ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాను. నా ప్రాణం ఎదురు చూస్తుంది. ఆయన మాటపైనే ఆశ పెట్టుకున్నాను.

My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

రాత్రి కాపలాదారులు ఉదయం కోసం ఎలా ఎదురు చూస్తారో అంతకంటే ఎక్కువగా నా ప్రాణం ప్రభువు కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తూ ఉంది.

Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.

యెహోవా జాలిపరుడు. ఇశ్రాయేలూ, యెహోవా మీద ఆశలు నిలుపుకో. ఆయన క్షమించడానికి ఇష్టపడే వాడు.

And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

ఇశ్రాయేలువారి పాపాలన్నిటి నుండి విముక్తి కలిగించేది ఆయనే.
