A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

యాత్రల కీర్తన కొండల వైపు నా కన్నులు ఎత్తి చూస్తున్నాను. నాకు సహాయం ఎక్కడనుండి వస్తుంది?

My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

యెహోవాయే నాకు సహాయం చేస్తాడు. భూమిని, ఆకాశాలను సృష్టించింది ఆయనే.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

ఆయన నీ పాదాలను జారనియ్యడు. నిన్ను కాపాడేవాడు కునికిపాట్లు పడదు.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల సంరక్షకుడు కునికిపాట్లు పడడు, నిద్రపోడు.

The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

నిన్ను కాపాడేవాడు యెహోవాయే. నీ కుడి పక్కన యెహోవా నీకు తోడూనీడా.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

పగలు సూర్యుడు గానీ రాత్రి చంద్రుడు గానీ నీకు హాని చెయ్యరు.

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

ఎలాంటి ప్రమాదం జరగకుండా యెహోవా నిన్ను కాపాడతాడు. నీ ప్రాణాన్ని కాపాడేది ఆయనే.

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

ఇకనుండి అన్ని వేళలా నువ్వు చేసే వాటన్నిటిలో యెహోవా నిన్ను కాపాడతాడు.
